  2. Membership of the CEA-TESD
  3. An affidavit warranting compliance with all relevant legislation
  4. Physical business address of the member
  5. Copies of current variations to labour legislation, if applicable
  6. Employment contracts to be available for inspection
  7. Letter of good standing from the Compensation Commissioner
  8. Letter of good standing from the Unemployment Insurance Fund
  9. Tax clearance certificate from SARS
  10. Proof of submission of Employment Equity Reports
  11. BEE certificate or scorecard
  12. The company policy on ethics must conform to the TESD’s Code of Ethics
